How do I measure my wrist and know what size I wear?

Do you have warranty?

Accessories are warranted for 30 days against manufacturing defects. To find out more, just click HERE

What are the shipping options for my product?

On the checkout page, after filling in the address data, you will go to the delivery method , where you will have 2 shipping options:

(Shipping to address in your state capital)  

or  

( Shipping to addresses in cities in the interior/coast of your state)

Pay attention if your location is in the capital of your state or in cities in the interior or coast that are not part of the capital and choose the shipping option. Any questions don't hesitate to ask us.  

What are the lead times from purchase to delivery?

After your purchase is approved, we will make and pack your product(s). This step can take up to two business days.

How do I track my order?  

Once the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking code, you can track it by  HERE ,  or through the Post Office website.  

I made the payment and it was rejected, what should I do?  

Communication failures can happen at your credit provider, so we can also send you a link via Pagseguro, boleto, PIX or account for deposit.

 

What care should I take with the parts?

How much costs the shipping?

When finalizing the cart order, simply enter your address data for shipping to be calculated and automatically entered. Remembering that in purchases from R$ 250,00 shipping is free! To learn more about shipping and

How do I find out the composition, measurement and details of a product?

Each item available on the website has realistic photos and a complete description indicating its composition and measurements. If you can't find any important information, don't hesitate to ask us.

I didn't buy directly from the site and I need to make an exchange. Who should I speak to?

In this case, the exchange must be requested exclusively at the place where the product was purchased.
