WARRANTY AND RETURN

Dewald offers a guarantee of ( 30 days) for all accessories purchased on the site from the delivery date, but it does not apply in situations of misuse, natural wear, misuse, negligence or any modification made to the product that compromises its integrity. ​​

  • To activate your product warranty, just contact us via email and our service team will start the exchange process.

 

 

It is important to note that the pieces are not semi-jewels or jewelry, so you must follow the recommendations so that they have greater durability. Click  HERE  for accessory care.

Products with wear and tear caused by misuse by the customer are excluded from the warranty, for example:

  • Deformations caused by water, sea, swimming pool or bathing.

  • Beats, scratches and polishes made with abrasive products.

  • Natural wear over time

Note: We do not recommend the use of accessories with metal inserts for those who are allergic to nickel or uric acid.

 

 

  Exchange or Return

The return of any product can only be made within a period of up to 7 (seven) days, counting from the date of receipt and must be sent with the  original packaging in which it was received, with no signs of use. If the product to be exchanged is no longer available, the customer may choose another Dewald accessory of the same value or refund the amount spent.

  • If the product sent is defective due to misuse, the exchange or refund will not be authorized.

  • Dewald does not accept products sent for return without prior communication by email with photos of said product.

When you receive a product purchased through the Dewald website, refuse to receive it if:

  • The package is open;

  • The product is defective;

  • The product is incomplete or different from the order placed.

In order for the request to be approved, the customer has a period of up to 07 days from the date of receipt of the goods identified by Dewald through the tracking code of the Post Office to request the return for exchange or withdrawal of the goods.

Important: The date of receipt of the goods by the customer is identified by Dewald through the tracking code of the Post Office, informed by the customer in the contact to request a return or exchange.

 

 

 

In purchases paid by credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the chargeback will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The refund period depends on the card administrator.
In purchases paid by bank slip or debit, the refund will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the buyer's current account, which must be individual. It is necessary that the CPF of the current account holder is the same that appears in the order (customer CPF).
 

The amount of interest charged by the payment administrators will not be refunded in case of return of the product.  The installment option is the customer's sole choice  and the amount of interest charged by credit administrators are not credited to the store account.
